In November 2017, OeEB signed a USD 30 million loan agreement with TBC Bank Group PLC for the financing of Georgian micro, small and medium-sized businesses (MSME).

TBC Bank is the largest financial institution in Georgia with an extensive branch network in cities as well as in rural areas and specializes in providing financing to MSME.
OeEB's credit line will be used to finance local MSME with 30% of the funds dedicated to MSME in rural areas, 30% to MSME active in tourism and 10% to women-owned MSME – TBC Bank's first credit line targeting female entrepreneurs.
By improving access to finance for MSME, the backbone of the Georgian economy, OeEB and PTC Bank contribute to strengthening the Georgian private sector and to securing and creating jobs.
